Innerpartysystem

I have been looking forward to this release ever since a friend of mine introduced me to Innerpartysystem. This album immediately became one of my top ten albums of the year. A stylish rhythmic dance sound mixed with electro/indie/rock is what makes it hard to ignore and quickly become contagious. One of the interesting highlights for me was track 7 (“This Empty Love”) as it digs into a new wave/industrial rock mood that I rarely hear in new bands now. With all these styles and sounds mixed in one record, I highly appreciate Innerpartysystem as a much needed addittion in my track list this year.
